Club Settings: Logo, Access Code and Active Season

Club Management's Club Info and Seasons tabs hold the settings that shape how your club looks and behaves across SquadTracker — your logo, the codes people use to join, and which season is currently active.

Only club owners and admins can open Club Management, so if you can't see these tabs, ask your club owner to check your role — see Club Roles and Permissions.

Quick Steps

1. Open Club Management — From the club sidebar, tap Club Management, then the Club Info tab.
2. Upload your logo — Press Upload Logo, choose a PNG, JPG, WEBP or SVG up to 5MB — SquadTracker compresses it automatically. Press Change Logo or Remove to update it later.
3. Share your Club Code — Find it under Club Code, with a Copy button alongside it. See Set Up Your Club for who uses this code and how.
4. Turn on Referee management, if you want it — Flip the toggle under Referee management — see Referee Management for the full guide.
5. Pick your Active Season — Switch to the Seasons tab and tap a season to make it active, or choose No Active Season.

Club Logo

Your club logo appears wherever your club is shown across the app. Accepted formats are PNG, JPG, WEBP and SVG, up to 5MB — SquadTracker compresses larger files automatically. Once uploaded, the buttons change to Change Logo and Remove.

Club Code and Coach Access Code

The Club Code is how coaches join your club themselves, via My Clubs → Join Club — copy it from Club Info, or see Set Up Your Club for the full picture of finding and sharing it.

Below it sits the Coach Access Code — a separate, optional code that grants free club-sponsored access to a coach who isn't linked to your club yet. Only the club Owner can see or manage this one — if you're an Admin, Manager or Member, this section simply won't appear for you, even though you can see everything else on Club Info. Choosing your Active Season

On the Seasons tab, pick which season is currently active for your club. This changes three things:

• New teams that join via the coach code automatically get the active season created for them
• Your Club Dashboard defaults to showing data from the active season
• Everyone can still switch to view other seasons from the dashboard — choosing an active season doesn't hide the rest

Season dates always run 1 September to 31 August, the standard football season. If you leave No Active Season selected, teams fall back to date-based season selection instead. Team coaches create new seasons from their own team management page — Club Management only lets you choose which existing season is active club-wide.
