Set Up Your Club

Create and configure your football club in SquadTracker

Set Up Your Club

SquadTracker's Club feature lets you manage multiple teams, collect payments, and give all your coaches free access. Here's how to get started.

Creating Your Club

  • Sign up for SquadTracker

  • Go to My Clubs in the menu

  • Tap Create Club

  • Enter your club details:

  • - Club Name - Your club's official name
    - Description (optional) - About your club
    - Logo (optional) - Upload your club badge

    Club Features

    Once your club is created, you can:

  • Add Teams - Create multiple teams under your club

  • Invite Coaches - Give coaches free app access

  • Collect Payments - Set up subscriptions for parents

  • Manage Facilities - Track your pitches and venues

  • Import Fixtures - Automatically match FA fixtures
  • Adding Teams

  • Go to your club dashboard

  • Tap Teams* > *Add Team

  • Enter the team details

  • Assign coaches to the team
  • Inviting Coaches

    Your coaches get FREE app access when they join your club:

  • Go to Club Settings

  • Find your Coach Access Code

  • Share this code with your coaches

  • They enter it on the subscription screen

  • They get instant free access
  • Setting Up Payments

    To collect payments from parents:

  • Go to Payments in your club dashboard

  • Click Connect Stripe to set up your payment account

  • Complete the Stripe onboarding

  • Create subscription plans for your teams

    Club Roles

    You can assign different roles to club members:

  • Owner - Full access to everything

  • Admin - Manage teams, members, and settings

  • Manager - Manage specific teams

  • Member - View-only access

  • Viewer - Limited view access
