Set Up Your Club

SquadTracker's Club feature lets you manage multiple teams, collect payments, and give all your coaches free access. Here's how to get started.

Creating Your Club

There are two ways to create a club, depending on whether you already have a SquadTracker account.

New to SquadTracker? Go to squadtracker.co.uk/auth/signup-club and fill in:

• Your name and email - For your admin account


• Password - To secure your account


• Club Name - Your club's official name


• Club Contact Email - Used for communications and payment notifications

Submit the form, then verify your email address to activate your account.

Already have an account?* Go to **My Clubs** in the menu and tap *Create Club, then enter your club details:

• Club Name - Your club's official name


• Description (optional) - About your club


• Logo (optional) - Upload your club badge

Club Features

Once your club is created, you can:

• Add Teams - Create multiple teams under your club


• Invite Coaches - Give coaches free app access


• Collect Payments - Set up subscriptions for parents


• Manage Facilities - Track your pitches and venues


• Import Fixtures - Automatically match FA fixtures

Adding Teams

• Go to your club dashboard


• Tap Teams* > *Add Team


• Enter the team details


• Assign coaches to the team

Finding and Sharing Your Club Code

Every club has a unique 6-character Club Code. Owners and admins can find it in two places:

• On the club overview page - shown as a badge next to your club name, with a copy button


• In Club Settings → Club Info* - under the **Club Code** section, with a copy button and a *Regenerate Code option

Share this code with coaches so they can join your club themselves via My Clubs → Join Club.

If you need to invalidate old invitation links, tap Regenerate Code in Club Settings → Club Info. This gives you a new code, but any links or copies of the old code will stop working - make sure you re-share the new code with anyone who still needs it.

> Players and parents don't use the club code - they join a team through an invite from their coach in the Player Hub, not with the club code.

Inviting Coaches

Getting a coach set up has two parts: getting them into the club, and their free access.

1. Get the coach into the club - either:

• Share the Club Code* with them and have them join themselves via *My Clubs → Join Club, or


• Send them an email invite from your club's Coaches* tab → *Invite Coach (the email includes the club code)

2. Free access is automatic - once a coach is a head coach, assistant coach, owner or admin in your club, they get full SquadTracker access at no extra cost - nothing else to set up.

If a coach isn't linked to your club yet but needs access straight away, they can alternatively enter the Coach Access Code (found below the Club Code in Club Settings → Club Info) on the subscription screen - this grants free club-sponsored access without adding them to the club.

Setting Up Payments

To collect payments from parents:

• Go to Payments in your club dashboard


• Click Connect Stripe to set up your payment account


• Complete the Stripe onboarding


• Create subscription plans for your teams

Club Roles

You can assign different roles to club members:

• Owner - Full access to everything


• Admin - Manage teams, members, and settings


• Manager - Manage specific teams


• Member - View-only access


• Viewer - Limited view access
