Inviting Coaches to Your Club
Bringing coaches into your club gives them full SquadTracker access without needing their own subscription, and keeps your teams organised under one roof.
What you'll learn

- Go to Coaches* — Open the club sidebar and select *Coaches. This is available to club owners and admins.
- Press Invite Coach — Enter the coach's email address.
- Press Send Invitation — The coach receives an email with your club code, which they use to sign up and join the club.
- Track pending invitations* — The pending list shows who invited them and when, with *Resend and cancel options if needed.
- Check their role* — Once joined, browse coaches under the **All Coaches**, **Head Coaches** or *Assistants tabs. Head Coach and Assistant Coach are the two roles that carry permissions within a team.
Quick Steps
Club-sponsored access
Head coaches, assistant coaches, club owners and admins automatically get full SquadTracker access covered by the club — no personal subscription required. This is removed or transferred automatically if a coach ever leaves the club, so you don't need to manage it manually.
If a coach already has a personal plan
If a coach already pays for their own subscription when they join, they'll see a note on their subscription page letting them know the club now covers their access — worth flagging to them so they can cancel their personal plan if they no longer need it.
FAQs
Can I remove a coach later? Yes — removing them from the club also removes their club-sponsored access automatically.
What if I invite the wrong email? Cancel the pending invitation from the list and send a new one to the correct address.
