How club subscription pricing, billing and payment issues work
Club Platform Billing
Club Platform billing covers your club's SquadTracker subscription — the cost of running the platform across all your teams. It's separate from collecting fees from parents, which is covered in How Payment Collection Works.

- Go to Billing* — Open the club sidebar and select *Billing. This is available to club owners and admins.
- Check the pricing* — Clubs pay **£2.49 per team per month**, or **£24.99 per team per year** (saving two months). Costs are capped at *£600 per club per year — any teams beyond the cap are free.
- Press Subscribe — This opens Stripe Checkout to set up your club's subscription.
- Press Manage Billing — Once active, this opens the Stripe billing portal, where you can update your card, download invoices, or cancel.
- Let team count sync automatically — As you add or remove teams, your subscription quantity updates on its own — no manual adjustment needed.
Quick Steps
Cancelling or changing plans
Monthly plans can be cancelled any time and run until the end of the period you've already paid for. Yearly plans run for the full 12 months once started.
If a payment fails
Don't worry — there's a grace period. Your club keeps full access until the date shown on the Billing page, with an Update Billing button to fix your card before access is affected.
Founding Clubs
Some early clubs are marked "Founding Club — Free" on the Billing page and stay free forever as a thank-you for joining early.
Not the same as parent payments
