Your Data in the Hub
You're in control of the personal data linked to your Hub account. You can download a copy of
it at any time, or delete your account if you no longer want to use the Hub.
What you'll learn
- How to download a copy of your personal data
- What's included in the download
- How to delete your Hub account, and what that does and doesn't affect
- How the 14-day cooling-off period works, and how to change your mind
- What happens if your child's team folds because the coach has deleted their account
- How to make a request by email instead
Download your personal data
- Go to Hub → Account.
- Under Your data, press Download my data.
- A JSON file downloads straight away with everything linked to your account.
The download includes your account details, your guardian record and any children linked to
you, availability answers, the full text of the chat messages you've sent (which may contain
names you typed; nobody else's messages are included), your privacy choices, your devices and
your recent activity.
Delete your account
- Go to Hub → Account.
- Under Danger zone, press Delete account.
- Follow the steps, entering your password to confirm.
Your Hub account is not deleted straight away. As soon as you confirm, it is deactivated:
you're signed out of every device and stop getting messages and notifications. It is
permanently deleted 14 days later. You can change your mind at any point in those 14 days,
either by pressing the restore link in the email we send you straight away, or by signing in
again and pressing Restore. If you sign in during the 14 days, you'll land on a page that lets you restore
your account or sign out again while it stays scheduled for deletion. Once the 14 days are up,
deletion is final and cannot be undone.
When the 14 days are up, deleting your Hub account removes your own login, profile and sign-in
details. It does not remove your child's player records, or the contact details the club holds
for you as a parent, or a 16+ player's own profile and stats. Those belong to the club or team
that manages them, so if you want them changed or removed, ask the club directly or email
support@squadtracker.co.uk and we'll coordinate with them. Team chat messages, reactions and
poll votes you posted stay visible to the team, shown as from Deleted User. We keep a record that
the account was deleted (your email address and the date) for 7 years, and sign-in security logs
for up to 12 months with your email replaced by an anonymous reference.
FAQ: I deleted my account by mistake
Sign in, or use the restore link in the email we sent you, any time within 14 days to get your
account back exactly as it was. After 14 days the deletion is final, so email
support@squadtracker.co.uk if you still want to ask, but we won't be able to bring it back.
If your child's team folds
If a coach deletes their account and they were the only coach of your child's team, that team
folds. You'll get an email telling you the date, with a copy of your child's record
attached. Download anything else you want from the Hub before that date. Your own Hub account
and any other teams you're linked to are not affected.
Requests by email
If you'd rather ask us directly, email support@squadtracker.co.uk and we'll action your
request within one month. We may need to verify your identity first, so please email from the
address on your account.
