Achievement Badges in the Hub
What achievement badges are, where to find them, and how you'll know when your child unlocks a new one
Achievement Badges
As your child plays, SquadTracker automatically unlocks badges for the things they achieve — goals, assists, appearances, awards and more. You don't have to do anything to earn them; they're awarded the moment a coach records the match or training that unlocks them.
What you'll learn
- What kinds of things earn a badge
- Where to find your child's badges in the Hub
- How to tell which badges are new since your last visit
- How push notifications fit in
- A small green dot on the Achievements item in the Hub menu
- A banner at the top of the Achievements page telling you how many new badges are waiting
- A green NEW tag on each newly unlocked badge itself
What earns a badge
Badges are grouped into categories like goals, assists, free kicks, penalties, goal-saving actions, players' awards, coach's awards, training attendance, match attendance, wins and captaincy. Each category has five tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Legend — that unlock as your child's numbers climb, either for the current season or across their whole time at the club.
Where to find them
Open Achievements from the Hub menu to see every category for each of your children, how close they are to the next tier, and a "Trophy cabinet" showcasing everything they've unlocked so far. Tap any badge — locked or unlocked — to see what it takes to earn it.
Knowing what's new
Whenever your child unlocks a badge since you last opened the Achievements page, you'll see:
These clear automatically the next time you visit — so if you check back later and everything looks normal, that just means you're all caught up.
Push notifications
If you've installed the SquadTracker app and allowed notifications, you'll also get a push alert the moment your child unlocks a badge — no need to keep checking the Hub. You can manage notification permissions in your device settings at any time.
