Paying Team Fees in the Hub

If your team or club collects subs, kit money or other fees through SquadTracker, you can see and pay everything from the Hub — no need to chase cash or cheques.

What you'll learn

  • Where to find what's owed and what's already paid

  • How the secure Stripe payment page works

  • What the small service fee covers

  • How recurring subscriptions show up
  • Quick Steps

  • Open the Payments tab* — From Hub **Home**, look for the *Payments tile — it shows something like "£24 due · 2 payments" when your family owes money.

  • Check To pay* — This section lists everything outstanding, each labelled **Overdue** or **Due**, with a *Pay now button next to it.

  • Tap Pay now — This opens a secure, Stripe-hosted payment page. Enter your card details there — SquadTracker itself never sees or stores them.

  • Review Subscriptions* — Any recurring club plans you're signed up to appear here, marked **Active**, **Paused** or *Cancelled.

  • Check History — Everything you've already paid is listed with the date it was paid, so you've always got a record for your own reference.

About the service fee

Payments go directly to your club through Stripe. A small service fee (5%, minimum 50p) is added at checkout to cover processing — the club still receives the full price of whatever you're paying for.

FAQs

Is it safe to pay through the Hub? Yes — all card payments are handled by Stripe, a payment processor used by millions of businesses. SquadTracker never sees or stores your card details.

What if I have more than one child on the team?* Fees are usually tracked per player, so you may see separate items for each child in *To pay.

Can I pay by any method other than card? Payment is taken through Stripe Checkout, so whatever payment methods Stripe offers at checkout (typically debit/credit card) will be available there.
