Getting Started with the Parent & Player Hub
What the Hub is, who can use it, and how to set up your free account
Getting Started with the Hub
The Parent & Player Hub is a free login for parents and guardians, and for players aged 16 or over. It gives you a simple view of your child's team — fixtures, training times and team news — without needing a full coach account.
What you'll learn
- Who can get a Hub account and what you can see
- How to accept an invite from your coach
- Where to find the main sections once you're in
- What to do if your coach hasn't switched the Hub on yet
- Check your email* — Your coach sends an invite from *Team Management → Parent Hub. Look for an email with the subject "You're invited to {team} on SquadTracker".
- Tap Set Up My Account — This opens your private, single-use invite link. It expires after 14 days, so don't leave it too long.
- Fill in your details* — Enter your first name, last name and a password, then press **Create my free account**. Already have a SquadTracker login? Press *Connect to my account instead.
- Set your privacy choices* — On first visit you'll see "Choices for {your child's name}" — decide whether to share stats and allow social sharing. Press **Save choices** (or *Not now to decide later).
- Explore the Hub* — Use the bottom navigation to move between **Home**, **Schedule**, **Messages**, **Stats** and *Account.
Quick Steps
Only ever see your own family
You'll only ever see players you're linked to. If you have more than one child on the same team (or on different teams), you can switch between them from the Hub — nothing from other families is visible unless they've chosen to share stats.
Link already expired?
Invite links are single-use and expire after 14 days. If yours has expired, or someone's already used it, you'll see a message on the claim page — just ask your coach to send a fresh invite.
What's next
Once you're in, head to Availability to start replying to fixtures, or check Stats & Privacy to understand what other families can see.
