Club Teamsheets and PDF Downloads
How to view, generate and download teamsheet PDFs for every match across your club
Club Teamsheets and PDF Downloads
Every team in your club fills in a teamsheet for its matches — players, positions, referee details and signatures. Teamsheets gives club owners, admins and managers one place to see every teamsheet across every team, download the PDFs, and jump into any match that still needs finishing off.
What you'll learn
- Where to find every teamsheet your club has created
- How to tell which teamsheets still need a PDF generated
- How to download one teamsheet, or several at once
- How to open a match and finish its teamsheet from here
- Who can see and manage teamsheets at club level
Quick Steps
- Open Teamsheets — From your club's left-hand menu, tap Teamsheets. You'll see All Teamsheets, with a count of how many are available.
- Check the status — Each row shows the two teams, the score (or an In Progress badge if the match isn't finished), the match date, and either a PDF Available or No PDF badge.
- View a teamsheet — Press View on any row to open that match's teamsheet in a new tab, with the full form.
- Download one PDF — Where a teamsheet shows PDF Available, press Download to save it.
- Download several at once — Tick the checkbox on each teamsheet you want (only ones with a PDF can be ticked), or press Select All, then press Download Selected.
If there's no PDF yet
A teamsheet only gets a PDF once someone presses Generate PDF on the match itself — ticking the checkbox or pressing Download before that just tells you No PDF available for this teamsheet. Press View to open the match, fill in anything missing, and press Generate PDF (it becomes Regenerate PDF once one exists), then Download PDF.
Filling in or finishing a teamsheet
Opening a teamsheet from here uses exactly the same form coaches use from their own Matches page — the same Match Info, Players, Referee and Coaches tabs, the same Save Teamsheet button, and the same signature pads for the referee and both coaches. See Teamsheet for the full walkthrough, including the common pattern of signing before kick-off and finishing the rest after the match is completed.
One thing worth knowing at club level: if your club has turned on Referee Management, the appointed referee for a fixture shows on its teamsheet read-only — you change who's refereeing from the Referees section, not from the teamsheet itself. See Referee Management for how allocations and match fees work.
Who can do this
Only club owners, admins and managers can open Teamsheets and download PDFs at club level. Coaches still create and edit their own team's teamsheets from their team's Matches page as usual — this page is for viewing and downloading across the whole club, not a replacement for that.
Tips
Teamsheets only appear here once a match has a teamsheet started for it — if a match is missing, open it from the team's Matches page and start one there first. The bulk download adds a short pause between each file so nothing gets dropped; if some fail, you'll get a count of how many succeeded and how many didn't, so you can go back and try those again individually.
