Does my club need to pay anything?

No. The club platform is completely free. You only pay a 2.5% fee when you collect payments from players or parents via Stripe.

Do coaches need their own subscription?

If your club is on SquadTracker, all your coaches get the app for free. The coach subscription is only for coaches without a club.

What happens after the free trial?

After 30 days, you choose a plan or stop — no charge if you don't upgrade. We'll remind you before the trial ends.

Can I switch from coach to club plan?

Yes. If your club joins SquadTracker, your coach app access becomes free automatically and your data carries over.

Is Stripe required for payments?

Yes. Stripe handles all payment processing. It's secure, trusted by millions, and parents pay without needing an account.

What does 2.5% actually mean?

If you collect £100 in subs, we take £2.50 + Stripe's standard fee (~1.4% + 20p). You keep the rest, paid directly to your account.
