Using the Club Calendar

The Club Calendar, found in the club sidebar under Calendar, is where every match, training session and event for your club lives — with tools to filter, reschedule and print your schedule.

What you'll learn

  • The different calendar views available

  • How to reschedule with drag-and-drop

  • How to filter by team, pitch or event type

  • How Pitches view helps you spot unassigned events
  • Quick Steps

  • Choose a view* — Switch between **Month**, **Week**, **Day** and *Agenda views depending on how much detail you need.

  • Drag to reschedule — In Week or Day view, drag an event to a new time or pitch. The calendar checks for pitch clashes first — if the pitch is already booked you'll see a warning; otherwise you'll get "Event rescheduled".

  • Filter what you see* — Use the **Teams** and **Pitches** multi-select filters (sub-pitches are shown indented), plus toggles for **Match**, **Training**, **Event** and **Tournament** with a colour legend. Press *Clear filters to reset.

  • Switch to Pitches view* — Use the **Calendar / Pitches** toggle to see a pitch-lane day view: one lane per pitch, with sub-pitches as sub-columns, and a *"Needs a pitch" side list for anything unassigned.

  • Print your schedule* — Press *Print to get a clean printable version of the current view.

Admin extras

Club owners and admins also see Review Staged* and *Import Fixtures buttons directly on the calendar, so you can jump straight to the Fixture Staging Area without going back through Season Hub.

Bulk deleting events

Press Select Events to switch into a mode where you can tick multiple events and delete them together — handy for clearing a cancelled match day in one go.

A note on Pitches view

Drag-and-drop isn't available yet while you're in Pitches view — switch to Week* or *Day view if you need to move something.

See also Season Hub and Auto-Schedule for how fixtures get onto the calendar in the first place.
